Jason Vale 'Super fast Food'
Bought from Amazon https://www.amazon.co.uk/ this is Jason Vale's latest book and has got to be one of the best so far! Recipes are all made from natural ingredients not a sauce jar among them. And they really are Super fast!
The best thing about this book is that I've probably already cooked, eaten and enjoyed 50% of the recipes. Normally I find I buy a cookery book and maybe use one or two recipes...so was really pleased with this purchase.
There are step by step instructions (almost a dummies guide) and the food actually turns out looking like the pictures!
Brilliant for both a nervous and an experienced cook even encouraged me to eat quinoa the photo looked so good and done the Jason Vale way it was ...yummy!!
