My journey...                      

I began this journey back in 2012...so you could say, I've taken the scenic route.


And there's certainly been stops along the way because... life happens...
My main aim is to lose weight for health reasons...no I have no major health problems, I'm on no medications thank God!  (I've seen the results of the side effects of long term medication in my husband..)

I just want to remain healthy, so in 2012 I decided to begin with tackling my weight.  In the process I've tried on for size many diets/life styles and devoured books and blogs by the popular dietary gurus.  

Is there anything out there that works for me...can I? will I lose weight and keep it off? 

Yes I think there is,

Clean eating? Mindful eating? Balanced eating? Are they food fads or have they got it right?
I'm nearly there.
